Job Description


  • • Identify, monitor, develop and manage opportunities to supply products to the premium sanitary sector.
  • • Secure an optimal cooperation with market partners and the decision makers in the premium segment.
  • • Coordinate & communicate the regional retail, retail project activity.
  • • Create sales opportunities by securing product specifications for the company products.
  • • Proactively follow up retail projects at all “influencing” levels throughout the sales process.
  • • Monitor and report the status of projects throughout the project cycle – in house PRM / CRM systems
  • • Preparation of monthly sales forecast and retail / project sales budgets.
  • • Preparation and presentation of technical submittals, solutions and quotations.
  • • Prepare and present technical, commercial, product presentations to all sectors.
  • • Implement marketing campaigns, activities.
  • • Maintain and manage the retail, retail project content with various CRM / PRM systems.
  • • Promote, present the different Business Units / Brands activity.
  • • Observe competitor activities, collect and report all significant information.
  • • Co-define the marketing requirements for the assigned countries.
  • • Define the training requirements for retail customers within the region
  • • Conduct training presentations, seminars.
  • • Attend international exhibitions
  • • Define the technical documentation requirement for retail projects
  • • Support the product approval processes to reach the approval in the targeted time
  • • Collect, monitor and report local regulations, standards and rules relevant to the company products.

  • Experience


  • • A strong knowledge of the premium sanitary ware, bathroom fitting industry and related regional trading environment.
  • • Minimum regional exposure to the GCC countries on an operational level. Minimum 3 years. Sales / Management experience within a manufacturing or trading environment, minimum of 5 years.
  • • Proven experience of the retail / specification sales process and project sales environment with high end projects promoting high end / premium products.
  • • Comprehensive understanding of supplying products via the distributor /dealer sales and supply process.
